After three weeks in beautiful Mallorca, Spain, studying with Green Yoga International, I am thrilled to announce that I am officially certified to teach yoga through the internationally recognized Yoga Alliance! I have completed my 200-hour teacher training in Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, and Vinyasa yoga styles. I cannot wait to deepen my own practice and start sharing with others!
